Within seconds. Archon subscribes to Microsoft Graph change notifications, so chats and channel posts are journalled as they're sent. Calls and meeting recordings are indexed once Teams finalizes the recording file, typically within minutes of the call ending.
No. The archive runs independently of Exchange, SharePoint, and OneDrive. A user editing a message, an admin purging a mailbox, or a private-channel migration moving data between locations has no effect on what Archon already captured.

Call detail records, recordings, and transcripts are indexed alongside the chat and channel messages around them, so a reviewer gets full context instead of piecing it together from separate systems. captured, Archon's retention policy overrides local deletion and disappearing-message settings for enrolled numbers; the archived copy stays intact in tamper-proof, WORM-compliant storage regardless of what happens on the device.
